A pressure-side pool cleaner is an automatic cleaner that uses water pressure to power the cleaner throughout the pool.
This style contrasts with suction side pool cleaners which use suction to power the cleaner.
These cleaners can connect to a pressure cleaner line or the pool’s return outlet. Many require a booster pump to provide the pressure necessary to clean the pool. As the cleaner moves throughout the pool, it uses pressurized water to dislodge debris from the pool.
Large debris is collected in a filter bag. The minor particulate matter is agitated into the pool, where the pool’s filter can capture it.
